Offered here is a original vintage antique 19th
century large format Lithographed Song Sheet, "Love's Perfect Cure",
"Hoppity Kickity - High and Low A Regular Cure", As sung by Frank Drew at the
Philadelphia Academy of Music and the Arch Street Theatre, with his image on the
cover", written by Ch. Sloman, Published by Lee &
Walker, Philadelphia, 1860's. This is a great
sheet in great condition. From a previously bound volume thus cover
separation and a few tiny chips on the spine Any white lines from the
edges are reflections on the plastic sleeve the sheet is in. According to
several of my customers a very rare performance
sheet!!
Frank Drew was from the famous Drew family who
controlled the Arch Street theatre for many years - specifically Louisa Drew the
matriarch and John Drew among others. John Drew married into the equally famous
Barrymore family - we know the rest of the story Drew Barrymore!!
