Second: Interest payment on the Loan of 200,000 Pounds from New York State to the Counties in 1786, in the amount of 1466.11.9 pounds paid on August 109th, 1796 signed by Tennis Van Vechten and (Sp) Hurt Ten Eyck. Third: Interest payment on the Loan of 200,000 Pounds from New York State to the Counties in 1786, in the amount of 949.13.6 pounds paid on June 10th, 1796 signed by W. Werdille (Sp) and Jerh. Lansing (New Loan Officers) Fourth: An accounting of Fourths of Interest certified from 1st Jan - 31st Decmeber, 1790. Fifth & Sixth: Two over-covers 13, Sept, 1796 and 24th Sept. 1796.
