Offered here is a vintage Silver Age comic: "Rip Hunter Time Master", DC Comics #4 , Sept/Oct 1961.  I would guess about very-good or so condition. Light stress lines on the spine, surface and edges - light rub at the bottom left corner.  Ungraded - check it out and you decide.

Offered here is a vintage silver-age DC comic: Strange Adventures,  No. 109, October 1959, DC Comics.  In very good condition with stressing along the spine at the staples, light lines across both right corners.  I would guess it is in very good condition - ungraded    The 2005 Comics values guide has it at $150.00.
