Offered here is a wonderful anquitarian religion or religious related magazine book: "The Evangelical Magazine for 1798 - Complete year bound plus supplement, Vol. VI., 564 pp plus index. Leather bound with most leather missing from front board, hinges tight and spine complete with tattered ends. Typically bound with the original paper covers removed. Each month has the portrait frontis and the title page. Name written on first blank endpage and name and date (1812) written on inside of front cover. Loaded with religious related sermons and info., genelogical information including numeorus obituaries, poetry, funds balances for charitable organizations, religious book reviews, religious memoirs. Very scarce early year of this well known magazine.
Offered here is a vintage antique 18th Century Magazine "The Monthly Intelligencer- The Gentlemen's Magazine", August, 1777". Seems to have been cut from a bound volume - pages are loose. Reviews the session of parliament for the previous year, one interesting thing in is a review of a list of Usery.
