Offered here is a vintage Roycrofter's First Edition book "Doctors A Satire In Four Seizures", Elbert Hubbard, Aurora, NY: Roycrofters, 1908. First edition. 8vo. 123pp., untrimmed. It is bound in extremely supple crimson red/maroon suede-backed puce paper-covered boards, gilt top ep, leather which extends over the covers by a half inch or so - very tattered. Illustrated with 12 satirical cartoons by Bert Barnes, printed in red and black on butcher paper. Bound in full brown suede with deeply impressed lettering on both covers, top edges gilt, with silk doublures. Printed throughout in orange and black.
