It has the first Silver Age appearance of Captain America and has an article with images of Avengers #4 - predates Avengers #4. Light stressing at the corners and minor reading line at cover/spine fold. Is actually a $50 magazine. I would call it very-good to fine, however, no condition is guaranteed.
