Offered here is a vintage Jack London  children's book: "A Daughter of the Snows", by Jack London, First Grosset & Dunlap Edition - re-print of the J.B. Lippincott original 1902 first edition, Publ.-probably a ca. 1905.  Slate blue cloth decorated in white and red and with lettering in dark blue, octavo, 334pp + 2pp advert. Glossy B & W frontispiece plus three others.  Very minor shelf wear at extremities.  This is a wonderful copy of this early London book - it has a message for X-Mass 1907 on the first blank endpage

• Gold Medal Flour Cook Book, 1910.  Very cool - lots of recipes.  Cover has some chipping at the extremities with stressing - a piece missing at the center right (also on the title page).  The front cover is detached and the back cover is missing

Offered here is a vintage hardbound cookbook,  "Woman's Institute Library of Cookery", "Milk, Butter and Cheese, Eggs, Vegetables", Woman's Institute of Domestic Arts and Sciences, Scranton, Pennsylvania, 1927, several  hundred pages plus extensive index. Embossed blue cloth [scanned gray] hardcover, gold lettering on spine, b/w photos and illustrations, indexed, this set includes volumes numbered 1-5, this Volume 2.  Excellent condition - very heavy book.
