Offered here are two incredible original antiquarian documents for the Appointment of two Commissioners Jacobus Swartout and Theodorus Bailey and bonds of seventeen thousand pounds each for Dutchess County, New York, both on June 13, 1786. Signed by Henry Livingston the Clerk for New York State. All original with an original signature. Just AWESOME!!
Offered here is an incredible group of original Antiquarian Historical Documents for Albany County, New York: First: "Original Bond for Tennis Van Vechten as a Loan Officer for the County of Albany, New York whereby he was certified as Loan Offcier by Bond in the amount of twenty-two thousand pounds - April 10,1786". Second: Interest payment on the Loan of 200,000 Pounds from New York State to the Counties in 1786, in the amount of 1466.11.9 pounds paid on August 109th, 1796 signed by Tennis Van Vechten and (Sp) Hurt Ten Eyck. Third: Interest payment on the Loan of 200,000 Pounds from New York State to the Counties in 1786, in the amount of 949.13.6 pounds paid on June 10th, 1796 signed by W. Werdille (Sp) and Jerh. Lansing (New Loan Officers) Fourth: An accounting of Fourths of Interest certified from 1st Jan - 31st Decmeber, 1790. Fifth & Sixth: Two over-covers 13, Sept, 1796 and 24th Sept. 1796. Just AWESOME!! Some separation along the old document folds of the third document.
Offered here is an incredible group of original Antiquarian United States Historical Documents, New Yorks State Historical Anquitarian - First: "Certification of, Moses Martin and Edward Savage as Loan Officers for the County of Washington and bonded in the sum of Three Thousand pounds each by the Supervisors, signed by John McCrea clerk, 1786. Second: A great accounting sheet certifed by Moses Marton, Loan Officer with a list of monies received and Loan Officer's salaries, to the State of New York, 1786. Third: Loan Document from the Commissioners John McLean, David Austin, John Gray, and Henry Mattison of Washington County, New York to the State of New York for $41,207.00. Loan given as per Act of the Legislature of New York, May 16, 1808. With all original signatures and original Wax Seals. Also signatures of David Woods(sp) and W. Livingston on behalf of the State of New York". I believe that W. Livingston was a signatory representative of the State of New York on this document - no indication if it was Walter Livingston. This listing is for an incredible original anquitarian historical document with cover: "Interest Payment Document Rensselaer County, New York - to the State of New York", "Received from Loan Officer Woodworth (1792) of Rensselaer County in full for Interest L 270.1.3 27th, Sept. 1796". Original signature of John Woodworth and Mr. M. Taylor" with the original over-wrap. Separation at the folds. Just AWESOME!! Some separation along the old document folds of the third document.
Offered here is an incredible original document or Letter, "Concerning the Method of Accumulation of Interest on Loans to Counties from the State of New York - an Document signed at Kingston, Ulster County, New York, March 25, 1815". All original document with original signatures etc.
Offered here is an incredible original anquitarian document, "Two Loan Bond Payment Documents dated "May, 27 1786, four thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds lawful money" and "June 14, 1786, four thousand seven hundred hundred amd fifty two dollars lawful money", for Westchester County, New York. Original signatures of Richard Hatfield clerk of Westchester County, N.Y. They look like the first two payment documents on "Bills of Credit" of Two Hundred Thousand Pounds from the State of New York on April 18, 1786. Just AWESOME!
Offered here is an incredible accumulation of original anquitarian documents from a War of 1812 Pension file. War of 1812 Pension - original documents - 1857-1878. Certificate No. 12.683 for Origianl Pension ... in favor of Phebe Hamme, $8.00 per month commencing on March 9, 1878. The grouping includes the actual original pension document and a copy of the original circular sent to persons with interest, from Hudson, N.Y. Pension and Boundy Land Agent, Alex. S. Rowlet dated June 16, 1857. There are also 4 original envelopes With a Printed the U.S. Pension Office return address - one with an original 3 cent stamp - all to Mrs. Phebe Hamme. There is another from the Department of the Interior to Mrs. Hamme. I just finished a 30 year exercise complete my family history and never came across any such documents. What I wouldn't pay for them. Just AWESOME!!

I went on a translation site but could not translate them.

From the 1870's, and may include lawsuits, bills of equity, notes, deeds, letters of administration, court documents, Court of Common Pleas, summons, bill heads, paid notes etc. - All original - many with the original embossed Lycoming County seal! This is a group of over 60 really wonderful historical and genealogical documents which include the below listed names.

Hankinson to 4 other Hankinsons, what looks to be a farmer's account book listing sales of farms animals, crops and cash on hand (continuous from 1856-1865), and two notes to several Simpsons - one with two 10 cent Bill of Lading stamps 1880'sand 1890's . Very cool all original documents!!!
