Offered here is a great vintage antique almanac; "The Farmers & Planters Almanac, 1869", Awesome cover - check out the big wheel steam boat and farm scenes!! This has several pages of wonderful advertisments including a couple of factory scenes. The back cover has one of the Croasdale Posphate Works, Pint Breeze, Philadelphia. COOL!!!
Offered here is a vintage historical temperance book, "The National Temperance Almanac and Teetotler's Year Book For 1883", The National Temperance Society, New York, Publ. 1882. This is another scarce one - full of regular almanac material and poetry and stories related to the temperance movement of the era with great engravings. The cover has corner chips. and is partially detached. This booklet is over 70 pages long and has numerous engravings - well over 2 dozen. Where ya goin' to find another??
Offered here is a vintage antique American historical Almanac "Webster's Calendar or the Albany Almanac - 1871, No.88", This particular copy is great condition with some edge stressing at the bottom. It was given by J. Munsell, Albany, N.Y. There are line adds at the tops of several pages for John M. Crapo & Co's and R. C. Davis & Co's, and other adds. There are some great stories and articles of interest, including one:"The Frog Catcher", and others. Several pages are uncut at the top and bottom. There are several pages of adds at the back - the back cover has an interest rate chart. The covers are partially flapped (over large) Naturally, these were used on a day-to-day basis, and several of the almanacs I’m offering show the expected wear and tear for such items of this nature and age.
Offered here is a vintage antique 19th century almanac, "Webster's Calendar or the Albany Almanac - 1873, No. 90", This particular copy is virtually in near-mint condition with some minor flocking spots and edge stressing/chips etc, it looks almost like it was picked up a few days ago. It was given by James H. Barhyte, Schenectady, N.Y.. There are line adds for Sandford & Clute's Foundry, Shenectady at the top of several pages, a J. V. Vrooman & Co., Schenectady add and Sanders Jewlers, Schenectady, and other adds. There are some great stories and articles of interest, including one on Magic - The Decapitated Head - with an illustration. Naturally, these were used on a day-to-day basis, and several of the almanacs I’m offering show the expected wear and tear for such items of this nature and age.

Many of these look unused.
