It is in good condition with light surface flocking, from a previously bound volume - thus minor ships along the psine - covers separated and a couple of closed tears along the spine. Any white lines from the edges are reflections on the plastic sleev that the sheet is in.

Light chipping along the bototm and right edges. Light stains on right center and bottom right corner edge. Tears along the left edge, one about 2" at center left edge. Cover tanning/oxidizing.

McCaffrey, Baltimore, Publ., 1855. It is in nice condition with light surface dirtiness - removed from a personal bound volume - thus stressing a few chips at the spine. Inside page has small tears and a small piece missing from the bottom edge - some acid free tape repair. What a great old-time favorite hymn that is still popular today!!! The sheet is not as dark as it appears in the scan - caused by the plastic covering - any white lines from the edges are reflections on the plastic
