That original deed is dated 1807 an has original Nathaniel Terry, Martin Terry and Benson Hunt signatures and the original wax seal. There is a billhead from a store to Harvey Terry from 1891. There is a two part seperated accounting of Estate expenses document dated 1848 from Executor H. E. Terry (For the Estate of Nathaniel Terry - as mentioned in a couple of them) - mentions the Widow Esther Terry. Along with this is an inventory from 1848.
